This is the heartwarming moment a young man burst into tears when his mother gave him his childhood toys that were bought by his late father.

Susana Fider surprised her son, Rusty Fider, 21, with the toys his late father had given him years ago, during his birthday celebration at Cabalen Restaurant in Manila, the Philippines.

Touching footage shows him opening a bag full of Lego pieces while wiping away tears on July 25.

His mother can be heard saying in the video: 'That is all complete.'

Rusty's girlfriend, Sharlyn, said: 'Those toys belonged to him since he was a child, gifts from his father, who passed away five years ago.

'When his mother began cleaning the house, she came across the toys she had kept for Rusty. She decided to clean and prepare them as a special gift for his birthday.'
