This shocking footage shows a man seemingly being kicked and punched in the head outside a city centre lap dancing club.

Onlooker Hugh May filmed the ugly clip in the early hours of August 10.

The 39-year-old says he heard a commotion so looked out of his window in Glasgow.

His video appears to show two men attacking a victim while a third man watches on.

Two of the three men then return to check on the man's condition and are seen attempting to help him up before leaving.

Hugh said: "It seemed like the guy in the suit jacket got knocked out."

"I did see him getting checked on afterwards so I assume he's OK."

Hugh claims the man was seen arguing with the door staff of a nearby lap dancing club Seventh Heaven prior to the incident.

The club hit the headlines earlier this year after a man died fell down its stairs and died.

Police Scotland said there were not believed to be any suspicious circumstances relating to that incident.

And the force said it had not received any reports over the recent punch-up.

Seventh Heaven did not respond to a request for comment.
