在兰州军区乌鲁木齐总医院见到了古丽古娜依•沙吾提，她细小的身体拖着一双严重畸形的大脚，穿着袜子颠簸的跟在妈妈古丽巴哈后面，双手也异于常人。
古丽巴哈说，她曾带着小古丽到喀什检查，初步诊断为巨趾(指症，但是由于丈夫早逝，全家人的收入就只有她每月3000多元的退休金，加之语言交流障碍，小古丽的病就只能拖着。
古丽巴哈一家一直存款，为小古丽将来有一天能看病。上个月底，古丽巴哈所在的社区和住村工作组给她们带来了好消息，联系到了北京天使妈妈慈善基金会，还组织村民捐款，小古丽一家可以到乌鲁木齐治疗了。
经过兰州军区乌鲁木齐总医院烧伤整形科的诊断，小古丽所患的是罕见的先天性巨趾(指症，发病率约为万分之一，而双手双脚都患病的更为少见，初步计划是重点对小古丽的手部进行手术。

“分期做，还要做截骨，包括骨骺的处理，神经的处理、分离，我们要做的比较精细，至少得五六次，手术整个她的治疗费用，恐怕得十五万开外。”
