The summit focuses on cross-border supply chain development, advancing artificial intelligence chip innovation, strengthening semiconductor research and training, and promoting a “non-red supply chain,” referring to networks independent of China’s influence.

Officials, experts, and industry leaders from more than a dozen countries, including the United Kingdom, Japan, European Union members, India, the Netherlands, and Canada, are participating.
