- September 10, 2025 The IDF’s 401st Brigade Combat Team, under the command of the 162nd Division, is operating on the outskirts of the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood in Gaza City. Forces are eliminating enemy operatives, destroying military infrastructure, and targeting underground terror networks used by militant groups in the Gaza Strip. This critical operation enables deeper military action within Gaza and prevents terrorist organizations from regaining a foothold. During one confrontation, three militants struck an Israeli tank securing a protective position for IDF troops. The attack resulted in the deaths of four soldiers: Lt. Matan Abramovich, Sgt. Amit Aryeh Regev, Sgt. Gadi Kotel, and Staff Sgt. Ori Lamad — all remembered with honor.
