Watch the dramatic moment David Lammy was heckled during the vigil for the Manchester synagogue attack victims.

Tony Levene, from Manchester, can be heard shouting 'you do not speak for us' in response to a speech made by David Lammy, the UK's Deputy Prime Minister, at the remembrance event.

The vigil took place along Middleton Road near the Heaton Park Hebrew Congregation Synagogue in Crumpsall, Greater Manchester, where two members of the Jewish community lost their lives following a terrorist attack.

Key speakers were Rabbi Daniel Walker, David Lammy, Andy Burnham, Stephen Watson, Chief Constable of Greater Manchester Police.

Interrupting a speaker, Mr Levene, speaking from the front of the crowd, said: "They allowed hate on our streets, They allow hate on our campuses, and for years they have done nothing."

"They rewarded terrorism, they allowed it to grow."

"My children's school was closed today, you have allowed this to happen, David Lammy you have allowed this to happen, you are all guilty of having allowed Jew hatred in Manchester."

"You are all guilty, we do no want to you speaking here today, you do not speak for us."

"Do not speak and insult us, shame on you."

Other members of the crowd can be heard chanting "shame on you" following his speech."

Today, two men killed at the synagogue were named as Adrian Daulby, 53, and 66-year-old Melvin Cravitz.

Counter Terrorism Police also identified the suspect as 35-year-old Jihad Al-Shamie, a British citizen of Syrian descent.

Three other people - two men in their 30s and a woman in her 60s - have been arrested in relation to the incident.
