Phoenix, United States - October 25, 2025 10/25/2025 05:40 am GMT-0700 PHOENIX, Ariz. – According to the Phoenix Police sergeant at the scene, officers and Phoenix firefighters responded to reports of a shooting at the Studio 51 Extended Stay near the 4800 block of West McDowell Road at approximately 5:40 a.m. Officers arrived to find an unidentified gunshot victim on the premises. The victim was transported to a local trauma center in critical condition with CPR in progress. Officers have established an extensive crime scene, cordoning off a large portion of the property. Phoenix Police Department detectives were en route to the scene and will be assuming command of the investigation. The suspected shooter is outstanding.
