VARIOUS OF DAMAGED TRUCKS/ PEOPLE AROUND/ FIRE TRUCK PERM, RUSSIA — NOV. 15, 2025 — RESTRICTION: USERS MUST CREDIT "RUSSIAN MINISTRY OF EMERGENCY SITUATIONS" HANDOUT — EDITORIAL USE ONLY — Seven people were killed and 12 others injured Friday, Nov. 15, in a traffic accident after a truck and a bus collided in a district of the Perm region, the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations said.
Emergency crews rushed to the scene, where fire and rescue teams used hydraulic rescue and cutting tools to extricate 16 passengers from the wreckage.
The injured were handed over to medical personnel for treatment.
According to the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, 22 specialists, five units of equipment and ministry psychologists are currently working at the site as response efforts continue.
