Giant snow tunnel lets you ski 365 days a year. It might look like something out of a sci-fi movie, but this enormous rotating tunnel filled with real snow is completely real. Developers say the world’s first Snowtunnel Park could change the way we ski forever. The 12.5-metre-high structure works like a giant hamster wheel, delivering an endless stream of fresh, rideable snow. It’s designed to let skiers and snowboarders enjoy the slopes all year round, regardless of the weather outside. The first full-size Snowtunnel is set to open in Australia in 2027, with more sites planned across Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. CEO Scott Kessler says the mission is to bring the magic of snow to everyone and spark a passion for alpine adventures all year long. The team has already tested a 10-metre prototype to prove the technology works and is now raising funds for the full build.
