Israel - November 20, 2025 The IDF held a high-level seminar focused on strengthening the joint operational response of the military and security agencies to drone threats along Israel’s borders. The event, led by the Operations Directorate, took place on Wednesday at the City of Training Bases and included participation from regional commands, the Ground Forces, the Air Force, additional IDF directorates, the Israel Security Agency (Shin Bet), and the Israel Police. The seminar aims to launch a learning process and advance rapid development of solutions to counter the growing drone threat. Discussions covered inter-agency cooperation, ways to enhance coordination, and potential operational and technological solutions. Various counter-drone systems were presented, and breakout groups held sessions on future steps and response strategies.
