Breaking: Drone Incident Paralyzes Eindhoven Airport, Military Deployed

The aftermath of a major drone incident at Eindhoven Airport. After multiple drone sightings, the airport halted all flights for approximately two hours, stranding passengers in the departure hall and diverting flights to other Dutch airport, Belgium and Germany. The Dutch military intervened with counter-drone measures as another airport, Volkel Air Base hosting the Dutch F-35 fighter jet faced another drone sighting. Eindhoven airport is a dual-use civilian public and military, while it serves also as a NATO air base. Police and Military were deployed. The airport resumed limited operations late in the evening, with only Transavia flights returning.
