Paraglider Accidentally "Rides" a Sheep After Crash-Landing into Herd in Iran
A paragliding landing turned into a chaotic rodeo in Golestan, Iran, on August 12, 2025, as captured by Ali Hosseini.
The footage shows a paraglider descending rapidly toward a dry field that is unfortunately occupied by a large herd of moving sheep and a donkey. Unable to change course in time, the pilot glides straight into the middle of the flock.
In a bizarre twist of physics, the pilot lands directly onto the back of a running sheep. For a split second, he appears to ride the animal before tumbling off into the dust. The sheep scrambles away, seemingly unharmed but confused, while the pilot hits the ground in a cloud of dust, ending the flight in one of the most unusual landings imaginable.
