Dad and daughter flip over on water slide after he gets scared and lets go of tube
Filmer Lamontie Bryant captured this scary moment at Splashdown Beach in Fishkill, New York, on July 27, 2025.
The video shows Bryant's fiancé and their daughter riding a large green tube down a water slide. As they drop into the funnel section of the ride, the father reportedly gets scared and releases his grip on the handles.
Without his weight to stabilize it, the tube rides high up the wall before violently flipping over, dumping both the father and the young girl onto the slide surface. Screams can be heard as the ride goes wrong, sending them sliding down without the raft.
