'Stowaway' bumblebee discovered on flight from London to Pisa
Filmer Rachel Garnett captured this amusing scene aboard a flight from London Southend Airport to Pisa, Italy, on July 25, 2025.
The video shows a bumblebee crawling along the interior cabin lights above the passengers' heads. Travelers express surprise at the insect's presence, with one person joking, "It won't know the language" if it lands in Italy.
A passenger is then seen carefully using a paper cup to trap the bee against the ceiling in a gentle attempt to catch and secure the unexpected traveler.
