'It's not looking good brev': Man gives hilarious commentary on severe street flooding in London

The video features a man acting as an impromptu news reporter while standing in a severely flooded street, identified as Essex Road. As cars struggle to drive through the high, flowing current, the man provides a running commentary, repeatedly exclaiming, "It's not looking good, brev" and noting that "breaking news" is happening as yards get flooded.
