An extraordinary display of community spirit unfolded in a Chinese village on November 4, as more than 200 villagers joined forces to move a full-sized house - by hand.

The wooden home, located in Rongjiang Village,Guizhou province, weighs an estimated six tons.

It was carefully lifted and carried to a new location with remarkable coordination, accompanied by rhythmic chants and synchronized steps.

The impressive operation was part of a wider effort to preserve the house while a new one was built on its original site.

Village officials confirmed the daring move went off without a hitch, with the building sustaining almost no damage – leaving locals and onlookers alike in awe of the real-life "moving castle."
