CCTV captures moment victim slips and falls while chasing bike thief in Bogota
Filmer Kevin Castaño shared this frustrating security camera footage from Bogota, Colombia, on July 8, 2025.
The video begins with a thief casually walking up to an orange electric bicycle parked on the sidewalk and wheeling it away. Moments later, a woman and the owner (Castaño) rush out of the building to intercept the criminal.
However, the pursuit ends abruptly when Castaño loses his footing while sprinting. He suffers a painful fall, sliding across the pavement as the thief manages to escape with the bike. The filmer is seen getting up and throwing his hands up in frustration at the unfortunate turn of events.
