This is the moment a reckless cyclist riding on the pavement blames a burly pedestrian after crashing into a parked car.

CCTV footage shows a man walking along the footpath past a black Honda parked by the roadside in Barnaul, Russia.

A young woman then appears, riding towards the man and attempting to squeeze between the vehicle and the pedestrian.

However, her handlebars hit him on the arm, tipping her sideways. She fails to regain her balance and falls.

As she tumbles to the ground, her bike hits the rear bumper of the car as she manages to land on her hands, avoiding serious injury.

While getting up, she seems to notice the damage to the auto and turns toward the man, gesturing and apparently yelling at him for causing the accident.

He then points to his arm, trying to explain that she hit him.

After the brief exchange, both of them leave the scene on May 22.

The car owner later discovered the damage and has urged the biker responsible to cover the repair cost, saying: 'We ask the culprit with the bike to come forward and resolve the issue amicably, otherwise a report will be filed with the police.'
