Adélie penguins cross sea ice in Argentina
On December 3, 2025, in Argentina, @kyle.go.espina shared a video of Adélie penguins moving across a wide stretch of sea ice at Argentine Antarctic. In the video, the author aboard an expedition vessel observes from above as the penguins walk in a single-file line, navigating the snowy terrain and stepping around several large cracks in the ice. The author adds a humorous note, saying the ship stopped to let the penguins cross, like following “Antarctic traffic rules.”
