Multiple ambulances with flashing lights are seen responding to the scene captured in the footage. The video documents the immediate aftermath of a random knife attack carried out by a 27-year-old Taiwanese man surnamed Chang. According to the information provided, the suspect first threw smoke grenades near Taipei Main Station at around 5 p.m., causing initial chaos before fleeing north. He then indiscriminately stabbed bystanders near Zhongshan Station and inside the adjacent Eslite Spectrum Nanxi department store.
