Footage shows the cook preparing the iconic Thai-style stir-fry at a stall in Bangkok, Thailand, on December 28.
The chef can be seen placing flat rice noodles onto a hot griddle and seasoning them with a signature blend of tamarind paste, fish sauce, chili flakes, and palm sugar.
After adding aromatics like shallots and garlic, she skillfully incorporates all the ingredients together before sliding the steaming dish onto a plate for a waiting customer.
