US, Los Angeles: North Hills Shooting Near Pawn Shop Leaves Victim In Grave Condition
Los Angeles, United States - January 06, 2026 01/05/2026 08:30 pm GMT-0800 NORTH HILLS, LOS ANGELES, Calif. – A male was shot in the head Monday evening in front of a pawn shop near the 8700 block of North Sepulveda Boulevard at Parthenia Street. Officers from the Los Angeles Police Department responded to the scene and attempted to render aid before the victim was transported to the hospital in grave condition. Witnesses reported that the suspects were Hispanic males who fled the scene on foot. Officers closed off traffic in the area while homicide investigators gathered evidence. The suspects remain at large, and the victim's condition is currently unknown.
