US, Phoenix: Phoenix Apartment Complex Stabbing Investigation
Phoenix, United States - January 19, 2026 01/19/2026 02:50 am GMT-0700 PHOENIX, Ariz. – Phoenix police officers and Phoenix Fire Department crews responded to initial reports of two people stabbed at an apartment complex near the 7700 block of West McDowell Road. According to Phoenix police, officers arrived to find one adult male with multiple stab wounds and a second male who was injured but not stabbed. Phoenix fire crews arrived and transported both men to a local hospital. The stab wound victim's condition is critical, and the second male's condition is stable. Phoenix police had established a large crime scene on the south side of the apartment complex. It is unknown if the suspect is outstanding. Phoenix police officers were investigating the scene and contacted detectives to respond.
