Female driver uses grasses to block licence plate
Bizarre video has emerged from China of a female driver using grasses to block the licence plate.
In the video, captured in Yichang, Hubei Province last Sunday, police officers are chekcing a car, the licence plate of which is covered by grasses.
The female driver explains that it is because of the wind, so the grasses cover onto her licence plate.
After checking, police identified that the driver tried to block her licence deliberately and finally she also admitted it.
The driver was fined 20 GBP and deducted 12 points.
