Torrential rain from Storm Frank on the highlands around Glenshee led to flooding through Braemar as the river cuts through the village alongside the Fife Arms Hotel. Film shows flooding from Clunie water past the grounds of the Fife Arms hotel and rear of the Bothy Coffee shop (with balcony) and rushing into the Mill House on Cluniebank Gardens. The river here should be in a deep gorge and goes over waterfalls, but was several metres above that level.
