Two men saved a 3-year-old boy hanging out of a 5-metre-high window in southern China.

Video filmed in the city of Jiangmen in Guangdong Province on July 26 shows two men putting a ladder onto a truck and one of them climbed up the ladder to approach the toddler.

The man in a red T-shirt was seen standing on a ladder and using his hand to try to push the boy up, while his parents lifted him up at the same time.

According to reports, the boy accidentally fell off the window and got his head stuck in the security grill.

Two nearby shop owners spotted the incident and drove a truck under the building for them to put a ladder on it as the ladder was not long enough.

The boy was finally brought back to safety.
