Amateur video captures dead fish near Tianjin
A video has emerged from China of thousands of dead fish close to the site of the Tianjin explosions last week.
Chinese authorities have denied that the deaths of fish near are linked to the chemical explosions, which killed at least 114 people.
Forty types of chemicals were being stored at the warehouse at the centre of the explosions including ammonium nitrate and large quantities of sodium cyanide, according to authorities.
However, Xinhua, China’s official news agency, reported no toxic levels of cyanide had been found in the river during tests on Thursday afternoon.
The fish were found about 6km from the blast site.
