Pupils helped pick up walnuts that were scattered on a road for a three-wheeler rider in southwest China.

Video filmed in the city of Tongren in Guizhou Province on December 2 shows more than 10 students in uniforms picking up the walnuts scattered on a road and putting them into a bag.

According to the filmer Ms Shi, a bag carrying walnuts on a three-wheeler suddenly broke when a man drove the vehicle past a primary school, while the walnuts scattered on the road.

Since it was time for the students to go back home, the passing-by children helped the three-wheeler rider to pick up the walnuts.

Shi said it took the children more than 10 minutes to finish picking up all the walnuts.

The video was provided by local media with permission.
