A 10-year-old girl named Hong Xinyan from Yiwu performed the splits on roller skates while sliding under a line of 12 off-road vehicles parked in a row in eastern China.

The incredible video was filmed in the city of Yiwu in Zhejiang Province on March 15.

The line of vehicles, stretching 35 metres in length, had a clearance height of just 24 centimetres, making the feat all the more remarkable.

After around 15 seconds of intense concentration and focus, Xinyan emerged successfully from under the line of vehicles, completing the challenge with ease.

When asked about her motivation for learning roller skating, Xinyan's response was surprising: "I saw my coach skating very fast and thought it was really cool, so I became interested."

Despite being exposed to the sport for just over a year, Xinyan's skills on roller skates are truly remarkable
