Pedestrians flee as two semi-trailer trucks collide in eastern China
Seven people were tragically killed and ten others were injured in a collision between two heavy-duty semi-trucks in eastern China.
Shocking CCTV footage, filmed in Jining City in Shandong Province on April 19, shows a speeding red truck head-on colliding with a green truck in the opposite direction.
After the collision, the red truck failed to stop and continued to crash forward, causing several pedestrians to fall to the ground.
According to local police, ten injured people have been sent to hospital for emergency treatment and they are not in life-threatening condition.
The cause of the accident is currently under investigation.
