A woman was arrested for intentionally striking and running over her husband in northern China.

The shocking video was filmed in the city of Qinhuangdao in Hebei Province on January 15.

A woman named Zhang Mujun driven by marital issues, deliberately struck her husband, Zhao Muhai, with her car before leaving the scene.

Zhao was injured and struggled on the ground in pain.

Upon receiving a report, the police promptly arrived to handle the situation. Currently, the suspect Zhang Mujun has been apprehended.

Zhao Muhai was promptly taken to the hospital for treatment. Following diagnosis, he suffered rib fractures but is not in life-threatening condition.

The case is under further investigation.
