上海：当街拦车讨要钱款 威胁拗断雨刮器 一男子寻衅滋事被刑拘
汽车雨刮器如果断了，修起来即花钱又耽误时间。有人就利用车主的这种心理，当街拦车讨要钱款，威胁不给钱就拗断雨刮器。日前，徐汇警方就抓获这样一名犯罪嫌疑人。

5月5号，朱女士驾车在漕溪北路上行驶，突然一名男子迎面走来，趴到车子引擎盖上，一手还扳起了雨刮器,朱女士想打电话报警。

（实况：（你下去你下去，我给你拿你下去。）你给我100块钱回家，我立马就下去。）
不得已，朱女士把身上仅有的几十元现金以及一张公交卡、一张斯玛特卡从天窗扔给男子，才逃过一劫。

其实，4月底以来，徐汇警方已连续接到报案，这名男子专门在市六医院附近当街拦下私家车，每次都是声称要拗断雨刮器，向车主讨要钱财。
5月13日，警方布下包围圈,在嫌疑人牛某再次作案时,当场将他擒获。据查，牛某2015年曾因同样的行为在北京获刑，去年年底刚刚出狱。

目前，牛某因涉嫌寻衅滋事罪已被刑拘 。警方提醒，今后,车主遇到类似情况，一定要紧闭车门车窗，立刻报警。
