The impatient motorist swerved round a corner and on to the pavement, almost mowing down the pedestrian who was out walking with their dog.
Benjamin Burton captured the dramatic near-miss on his car's dash-cam as the Jeep-style vehicle ploughed past him while he was waiting to turn right.
Benjamin, 31, said: "I was very shocked that they mounted the pavement to get around me, just glad there were no people walking out of the shop at that moment.
