This is the moment a cyclist nearly collided with an oncoming car - seconds after running a red light.
Dashcam footage shows the man riding on the pavement to pass temporary traffic signals near Wantage, Oxon.
He then follows another cyclist out onto a mini-roundabout from behind a lorry - and almost ends up on the bonnet of a Fiat.
The clip was filmed by Robbo Leigh, a member of the Motoring Action for Oxford group - and is the latest chapter in a long-running road row.
Mr Leigh said he is fed up of cyclists' actions at the roadworks on the A338 - claiming they 'know they can get away with it'.
But, on the other side, John Tranter, of Wantage and Grove Active Travel, said: "We need to be clear that impatient or arrogant driving of a car or van is orders of magnitude more dangerous than a cyclist nipping around a corner."
Thames Valley Police (TVP) said it was aware of the "frustration" roadworks - which are scheduled to remain in place until November 14 - are causing."
Mr Leigh said he reported the incident he filmed to the police but reckons it is unlikely any action will be taken due to a lack of registration on the bikes.
He said: "This to highlight that even though motorists have been reported for jumping the lights to my knowledge there was no video evidence."
"I feel it is widely felt amongst motorists that cyclists know they can get away with it as there is no way to identify them and short of having officials at every set of traffic lights in the county which will never happen this issue is likely to continue."
He added that his video shows "not just one law being broken as technically they are still jumping the red light but secondly using the pedestrian pavement"."
However, Mr Tranter said he didn't think "there is a significant issue of cyclists jumping the light"."
But he claimed "there is a very significant and dangerous issue of car and van drivers jumping the lights and I am glad that the councils and police are monitoring and enforcing the rules"."
Even so he made clear that he didn't recommend the manoeuvre and said that his preference was to use the main carriageway and join the queue for the lights.
He said: "If it is heavily congested then I will push my bike along the very narrow footpath alongside the road, but to be honest this feels dangerous as heavy lorries pass a few inches from my elbow."
TVP said: "We've received a large number of reports of drivers jumping the red lights, which is making the area extremely dangerous for road workers and other road users"."
"Please remember jumping a red light is illegal and puts lives at risk."
"Road workers deserve a safe working environment, and other drivers and pedestrians are also being endangered."
Mr Leigh said the Motoring Action for Oxford group are also now raising funds to fight a legal challenge against upcoming traffic congestion charges in the city.
