Unnecessary lane change nearly ends in disaster
A50 / A46 near Leicester, 23/2/2018.
As the truck driver was approaching this entry slip road he noticed a number of vehicles waiting to enter the carriageway. As there was nothing in lane two, out of courtesy he moved over to let them merge.
The driver went on to say "I have absolutely no idea what the woman in the Punto was thinking when she moved into lane two at such a low speed. As you can see she made no commitment to speed up and then moved back into lane one gaining nothing and not knowing how close she was to be crushed!"
