This is the funny moment a three-year-old Chinese girl gets it wrong when rattling through some English words at the dinner table

In the video, the little girl is practising her English vocabulary, translating common words after her mum says the Chinese equivalent.

The girl is acing the test until she gets to the Chinese word " Mao (cat)" - which the girl translates as "meow."

Her family laugh out loud in response.

The clip was filmed in Harbin City in northern China's Heilongjiang Province on March 15.
