Motorbike rider reprimands couple for carrying daughter on bike
Helmet cam footage shows the moment a motorcyclist reprimands a young couple - for riding pillion with their baby daughter.
The couple were spotted with the tot sitting on the mother's lap and behind the father who was riding the motorbike in Davao City, Philippines, on May 18.
Outraged road user John Leyes confronted the couple and is heard telling them not to be ''dumb''.
He said: ''Hey! Slow it down! You are putting your wife and daughter's lives at risk! The child is innocent. Don't be so dumb.''
