Man struck and injured by tree just as it was cut down
A man was struck and seriously injured by a tree just as it was cut down in Calgary, Canada, on June 17.
In the video, a man on the left side of the screen can be seen cutting down a tree. As it falls, it strikes and seriously injures a man on the right side of the screen.
“A 911 emergency call was placed immediately,” the filmer said. “Paramedics arrived on scene within 5 to 10 minutes. The man who was hit was taken to the hospital in an ambulance.”
“I believe he is fine as he was able to talk and move his limbs,” the filmer added.
The man had a small bone fracture as well as some other bruising and is now resting at home, according to the filmer.
