Since 12th septembre at around 17h, it has started to heavily rain, with a non-stop intervals...The flood has slowly started to make its way in. The village where this happens has not the necessary road constructions to empty out the big amount of water, the flood has begun bigger and stronger and the conséquences were already there.
Frightened from the situation and unbelieving what I was seeing, I picked up my smartphone and Hit record button.
We were all stuck at our homes, praying that this would eventually stop, the water flow was scarily strong, I was just capturing the whole scene when out of nowhere our neighbor from the 1st house on the street can be seen dragged by the flow, he had probably tried to somehow save his car, he works as a cabman and that's all what he has to gain money to raise his family... Since he's found nothing to grab at on his way, it was terrifying for us to be there still and not so usefull to help him out...
A bit further down, people were able to help him, thankfully he is still alive but came out with a broken leg. Our prayers go to him.
