Video shows drug-crazed woman waving knife at neighbours in quiet cul-de-sac
This chilling video shows a drug-crazed woman waving a large knife at her neighbours - as she came within 1cm of stabbing a resident.
Kelly Hill, 39, has plagued residents in the suburban cul-de-sac with her random and threatening behaviour.
But she went berserk while high on drugs in July this year and started ranting in the street while waving a knife around.
At one point she approached the house of Dominic Airzee and came within a whisker of stabbing him as he frantically closed the door on her.
Hill, who has a history of drug addiction and mental health problems, pleaded guilty to possession of a knife causing fear of violence at Plymouth Crown Court.
