Tenants from hell trash house and run off - leaving landlord with £2,000 repair bill
A landlord was left seething after he visited one of his properties to find the tenants had done a runner and left the house totally TRASHED.
Reg Martin, 74, was shocked by the "horrible and disgusting state" of the house, when he went round to inspect the boiler with a gas engineer two weeks ago.
Inside he found piles of rubbish and dog faeces all over the floor.
The animals had been chewing and scratching away at the door and window frames and the carpets and curtains were covered in filth.
