A Man Desperately Try Float As Flooded River Dragged Him

Several areas of Manado City in North Sulawesi, Indonesia are hit by flood on Friday, February 1, 2019. Bad weather has triggered landslide and overflow the main rivers. At some areas flood height can reach up to 3 meters. Local Meteorological Agency had issued an early warning about the heavy rain in the area.
