Health And Safety? Workers plant tall ladder In the middle of the road in Bangkok, Thailand
These workers had little concern for health and safety - plonking a bamboo ladder in the middle of the road to untangle overhead cables on May 21.
The men were seen holding up traffic in the Ratchada district of Bangkok, Thailand. One worker climbed to the top of the ladder while two others held it steady.
They were tending to a thick black mass of overhead telecommunications cables. The country has been repeatedly criticized by observers for its notoriously messy overhead cables.
Footage shows cars, mopeds, busses and trucks narrowly missing the precariously placed ladder as they careen pst the careless workers.
The filmer then captures the workmen moving the ladder further down the overhead cables to set up the dangerous working situation all over again.
