Bonnie Blue found guilty at court in Bali alongside two Brits and Australian men
Bonnie Blue was found guilty when she appeared in court in Bali this morning alongside two British men and an Australian.
The adult creator, 26, was fined for a traffic violation over the misuse of the blue pick-up truck she bought when she arrived in Indonesia ahead of Schoolies celebrations.
Bonnie, whose real name is Tia Billinger, bought the truck without valid vehicle registration documents before using it to promote her explicit content.
Prosecutors said one of the British men driving the open-backed vehicle did not have a valid international driving licence.
The troubled Brit arrived in a white BMW SUV while wearing a white top and black trousers, before sitting on a wooden bench in front of a judge at the Denpasar District Court. The three men sat with her.
She was fined 200,000 Indonesian Rupiah (8.97 GBP) for 'violating traffic regulations by using an open-back truck for goods but carrying people on the open-back truck.'
Billinger is also being probed over immigration offences, which is likely to see her deported and blacklisted from the tropical archipelago.
Badung Police Chief, Arif Batubara, said: 'While in Bali, Bonnie Blue should have been travelling, but instead she was creating content.'
Billinger had previously appeared at the city's immigration office, where investigators probed her visa paperwork. She was wearing the same green outfit for two days in a row.
Her publicist said she had been 'questioned daily and denied access to her phone' and that officers have 'multiple charges that they're investigating her on'.
Billinger is said to have been taking part in a sex game recording for social media at a Bali Schoolies event last week, when police arrived.
'When they were raided, they were making collaborative content about a game, where the winner would sleep with Bonnie Blue,' said Acting Head of Public Relations for Badung Police, Aiptu Ni Nyoman Ayu Inastuti, on Tuesday.
Billinger was arrested alongside 14 Australian men who were later released. The three other men were remanded in custody with her.
Head of Ngurah Rai Immigration, Winarko, said that Bonnie and the three foreign men underwent the first inspection at the Ngurah Rai Immigration Office.
The interrogation is believed to have been focused on immigration offences, which would see her deported rather than face a more severe jail term for creating adult content, which is illegal in the strict Islamic country.
The police chief added: 'Because it is still being investigated, we cannot confirm the violation committed by Bonnie and the three men. There is a possibility that Bonnie will be expelled or deported from Bali if proven to have committed an immigration violation.
'It depends on the results of the examination.'
Billinger was arrested at a studio on December 4 along with 14 Australian men, who were later released. They are said to have been the youths playing the sex game.
Two Brits, identified by police only by their initials LJA, 27, and INL, 24, have also remained behind bars along with an Australian JJTW, 28, who was also allegedly involved in the adult content production.
Police said they had also seized a range of items, including cameras, a box of condoms, lubricant, nine ink necklaces, flash drives, and two sheets of Viagra, some of which showed signs of use.
A beaten-up Suzuki Multicab pickup truck, which Billinger would have paid the equivalent of a few hundred dollars for, was also seized.
Pictures showed how she had decorated the vehicle with her vile 'Bangbus' tagline.
Officials said Billinger had been using a van for her 'Bangbus' project, reportedly filming material with young men.
Multiple cameras and Blue's pickup truck were also seized, along with 'several contraceptive devices', Badung police chief Arif Batubara said.
Police said that a joint team from the Polres Badung Criminal Investigation Unit and immigration authorities carried out a raid on a studio in Pererenan, Mengwi, on Thursday, December 4.
Indonesia's laws strictly prohibit creating, distributing, or publicly showing pornographic material, with more severe penalties if minors are involved.
Billinger claims she had sex with 1,057 men in a depraved 12-hour stint at Portland Place, owned by convicted fraudster Edward Davenport, also known as 'Fast Eddie'.
Critics say that Billinger is symptomatic of the decline of Western society.
