The builder was setting off for the constriction site with a drill under his arm in Manila, on September 6.

But moments later his two children dashed along the pavement calling out to their father.

Dashcam footage captured the touching moment - with the father bending down so his children can give him a kiss on the cheek and say goodbye.

The sweet gesture was captured by a car parked on the side of the road.

Passing driver Erwin Palomar said he was touched by the scene.

He said: "This may be the sweetest thing my dashboard camera has ever filmed. It usually records accidents and other unappealing things, so this video is precious for me."
