The famed Standard Chartered Dubai Marathon played host to a remarkable participant who attempted and successfully completed the race, aged only one.

The event took place on January 24 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE), as Indian toddler Sambhav Swabhiman shakily walked by other runners in the marathon.

The amazed contestants are seen slowing down their pace to cheer and applaud the champ as he walks to keep up.

Reportedly, Sambhav completed the race with his mother while his father became a successful finisher in the Full Marathon category.

The young boy had earlier drawn some attention in 2019 when his father ran a marathon in Odisha, east India, pushing then-four-month-old Sambhav in a stroller ahead of him.

According to the reports, the toddler, Sambhav Swabhi completed the race with his mother while his father became a successful finisher in the Full Marathon category(26.22 miles).

Sambhav has become the youngest kid from the east Indian state of Odisha to officially participate in a marathon event of international repute.
