To fight deadly coronavirus surge globally "Coronavirus go back" slogans raised at Holi (festival of colors) celebrations in northeastern India

On the occasion of Holi, the festival of colors, a group of young Indian men went on to play Holi with mud and water and shouted slogans like "Coronavirus go back" in the northeastern state of Assam.

The incident took place at Jorhat on February 10, 2020, at 11 AM.

The video shows, the group of men raising logans like “Coronavirus lei lei sei sei" (Go away Coronavirus) and “Tumi Jodi Asomiya amar logot jog diya" (If you were an Assamese join with us).

According to reports, the men are students of Jorhat Institute of Science and Technology.

As coronavirus cases rise to India rise to 62, these young men decided to chant slogans against the deadly disease and spread awareness.

On the other hand, seeking the Almighty’s blessings to save everyone from COVID-19, a ritual (puja) was performed at Silchar town on February 10.
