Largest super moon of the year creates a breath-taking sight over the African bush

During the lock down period in South Africa, my wife and I find ourselves isolated in a vast wilderness area of the Kruger National Park. We decided to head out late afternoon on a self-drive safari to explore a deserted wilderness area. It was a beautiful afternoon and conditions were perfect for us to witness the rise of the largest and brightest super moon of the year. We stopped at a good vantage point and stared east into the horizon, waiting in anticipation for the moon to pop its head over the horizon. Without warning the large moon suddenly appeared over the horizon and I started filming. The super moon created a breath-taking sight over the landscape of the African bush. Sounds of the night became louder, setting the scene for an incredible moment in nature. We were very appreciative of the fact that mother nature gave us such a stunning sight even though the planet is plagued by such troubled times.
