The deadly snake wrapped around the chicken and squeezing tightly at a resident's flower garden in Pathum Thani, central Thailand.

Shocked resident, Warisa, recorded the grim scene while she was taking a morning walk around her yard on April 19.

The filmer later called the emergency services to catch the reptile and take it away from the houses, but it had already escaped before they arrived.

Warisa said: "There is a chicken coop near the garden. The snake might have been hiding there and waiting for its breakfast.

''I understand that it's natural and the snake has to it. But I just hope that it won't come back and finish all of my chickens."
