Man sneakily drops phone he was talking on whilst driving
I had an hour to spare before work and was thus enjoying myself in Hyde Park when I saw this man talking on the phone whilst behind the wheel of his car. I filmed this in August 2019, it has only been released now that the police have completed the justice process and confirmed the result to me. The man was offered the chance of a Fixed Penalty Notice of 6 points endorsed on his licence and a £200 fine. The London Met have a policy of updating people making these reports. In 2019 across the UK some 23,000 drivers were reported by dashcam and headcam users.
